Lemon Dill Salmon. Rosemary Red Potatoes and Healthy Dill Sauce

Rosemary Red Potatoes Spinach Salad Topped with Dill sauce (Completely Healthy and feeds my body as a fat-burning, muscle-building machine.) Lemon Dill Salmon: 2 LBS Salmon 2 TBS extra virgin olive oil Juice of one lemon 3 garlic cloves 1 TBS Dill Mix all ingredients together (except Salmon) and baste Salmon Steaks with it, leave a bit extra to baste while cooking. Bake in oven 350° about 15-20 minutes depending on thickness Rosemary Red Potatoes: Baby Red Potatoes (I used close to 3 lbs) Dried Rosemary, crushed (1-2 TBS) Garlic Salt to taste Fresh ground pepper to taste 1-2 TSP Dried Dill 1-2 TSP Dried Parsley Cut baby potatoes into large chunks Boil until tender and drain, Smash, but not fully, just so soft with large chunks Add seasonings Spinach Salad... What ever salad ingredients are your favorite I used fresh baby spinach Fresh mushrooms fresh Purple Onion Cherry Tomatoes Romain Lettuce Dill Sauce: 1 C Fat Free Greek Yogurt, Plain 1/2 C Low Fat Cottage Cheese 1/8 tsp or less Lemon Juice to taste Dried Dill to taste Garlic Powder to taste Garlic Salt to taste Blend all together in blender/food processor until creamy and smooth
