I just finished up my early a.m clients and whipped this up for a delicious late morning snack!
For my personal goals I used: 1 whole egg 3 egg whites 200 gr raw zucchini- air fried and sprinkled with garlic, ranch, and chives seasoning. (Pic in comments) 1 oz avocado 1 tbs chives Slice the Zucchini into circles, spray very lightly with olive oil spray. Lightly dust with McCormick Tasty Tangy Garlic Ranch and Chives seasoning.
Scramble eggs together
Top eggs with avocado and chives.
I love to have this with a cup of 180° Carmel Protein Coffee (find it here)
When I eat these together I often do only a half serving of the coffee (it's still about 12 oz) and save the other half for later in the day. It's a perfect combo for my tastebuds and my nutrition needs!!
