1 Minute Fajita Chicken Salad

It's learning the simple things that make STAYING fit possible! Rule #1: At every meal cook at least two more servings than will be eaten, then freeze or refrigerate your extras for later.

How I'm doing the 180° today... Mixed 1/2 serving of prepped fajita meat with 1/2 serving of prepped (last nights) Island Woodfire Chicken. Warmed and stired so nice and coated with fajita flavors which will serve as a "dressing". Dumped over one veggie serving of prepped salad from last night.
