180° PB Oatmeal Cookie-dough Bites
AKA Alisha's Protein Balls

Ingredients:
1 c old fashioned oats 1/2 cup natural, sugar-free PB
OR Swap PB for 1/4 c natural, sugar-free PB + 1/4 c reconstituted PB2 (This PB2 swap will lower the fat calories and still taste delicious)
One serving of Tromega Vanilla Protein powder--- Or any of your of choice, in powder form, not mixed with water 1/4 Flaxseed 1/4 cup raw honey (I actually use less, closer to 1/8 cup. Depends on your protein powders flavor and macros how much you'll want. Start small and adjust to taste!) 1/2 tsp coconut extract Sprinkle of cinnamon Sprinkle of nutmeg Mix ingredients and roll into balls.
TIPS: Add a bit of water or coconut milk 1/4 tsp at a time I needed to roll into balls more easily.
My kids LOVE these as well. For them, I will add in a few mini chocolate chips or raisins
For Chocolate Lovers: If you like PB and chocolate together (and who doesn't?) adding a sprinkling (to taste) of dark bakers chocolate adds almost no calories but a hint of chocolate. You can also mix in 1 TBS (to taste) of Walden's zero-calorie chocolate syrup for a chocolate flavor if you don't mind all the chemicals in 0 calorie "foods". Don't have a meal plan?
