Cucumber Salsa
Oh MY GOODNESS!!! This is NOT my recipe.
It's not a recipe I have created that is inspired by someone else's great recipe. It is just straight up perfect as is and thus, I will just present it to you as I have found it.
I got this from @healthiswealth http://www.strongandbeyond.com
Here is her exact post that I got it from!! Enjoy!!!

Crisp Cucumber Salsa: Note: 1/4 cup is only 16 calories! YES!!!
2 cups finely chopped seeded peeled cucumber 1/2 cup finely chopped seeded tomato 1/4 cup chopped red onion 2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped 4-1/2 tsp minced fresh cilantro 1 garlic clove, minced or pressed 1/4 c reduced-fat sour cream ( I would Use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream-- Alisha's note. I would too, I used Fat Free Fage Greek Yogurt and it was perfect! ) 1-1/2 tsp lemon juice 1-1/2 tsp lime juice 1/4 tsp ground cumin 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
Tortilla chips (Alisha's note: I actually use Mary's Gone Crackers seed crackers!)
In a small bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. In another bowl, combine the sour cream, lemon juice, lime juice, cumin and seasoned salt.
Pour over cucumber mixture and toss gently to coat.
Serve immediately with chips.
